About 9vgo
Bangladesh's trusted home for cricket betting, live casino, and premium slots — built for players who demand the best.
Our Story
9vgo was founded with a single, clear purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a world-class online gaming experience without ever leaving the comfort of their home. We recognized early on that players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and every corner of Bangladesh deserved a platform that truly understood their needs — fast local payments, familiar games, and customer support that speaks their language.
From the very beginning, 9vgo has placed the Bangladeshi player at the heart of every decision. Whether it is offering BPL and IPL cricket betting markets that align with the local passion for the sport, or integrating bKash and Nagad so deposits feel as natural as sending money to a friend, every feature on this platform has been shaped by the real needs of real players across Bangladesh.
Today, 9vgo stands as one of the most recognized online gaming destinations available to players in Bangladesh. We continue to grow our game library, strengthen our payment infrastructure, and invest in responsible gaming tools — because we believe that sustainable, enjoyable entertainment is the only kind worth building. Our commitment to fair play, SSL-secured transactions, and round-the-clock support ensures that every session on 9vgo is safe, smooth, and rewarding.

Our Mission & Values
Player-First Approach
Every feature, every update, every support interaction starts with one question: is this genuinely better for our players in Bangladesh? We do not build for metrics alone — we build for real people in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna, and beyond.
Trust & Transparency
We publish clear terms, honest bonus conditions, and straightforward withdrawal rules. No hidden fees, no surprise restrictions. When something changes, we communicate it plainly and promptly.
Fair Play Commitment
All games on 9vgo use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Outcomes are independently determined and cannot be manipulated — every spin, every hand, every bet is genuinely random.
Responsible Gaming
9vgo is committed to promoting safe entertainment. We provide deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Gaming on 9vgo is intended for adults aged 21 and above only.
The Team Behind 9vgo
9vgo is built and maintained by a dedicated team of gaming professionals, software engineers, payment specialists, and customer support agents who understand the Bangladeshi market from the inside out. Many of our team members are based in or have deep ties to Bangladesh — we are not a faceless offshore operation; we are a team that genuinely cares about the community we serve.
Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, responding in English to ensure that any issue — from a pending withdrawal to a game not loading correctly — is resolved as quickly as possible. We measure our success not just by the number of active accounts, but by the satisfaction and loyalty of the players who return to 9vgo day after day.
Our engineering team continuously monitors platform performance across Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) peak hours — particularly during live IPL and BPL match days — to ensure the platform remains stable, fast, and responsive even under heavy concurrent load. We invest heavily in infrastructure so that when the match is on the line, 9vgo never lets you down.
Payments Built for Bangladesh
We know that a fast, frictionless deposit and withdrawal experience is as important as any game on the platform. That is why 9vgo has partnered with Bangladesh's most widely used payment providers to ensure that funding your account or cashing out your winnings is as simple and instant as possible. All transactions are processed in BDT, and minimum deposit thresholds are set to be accessible for all player budgets.
